EIGHT STEPS TO YOUR
PREMIUM PAINT JOB

STEP ONE - TRENCHING
A small trench is dug around the perimeter with the pressure wand, this allows us to clean with a mildewcide, treat with acrylic sealer and paint below grade. This sealer and paint ensures added protection from mold and mildew growth, ground level decay, and water seepage.

STEP TWO - POWER WASHING WITH MILDEWCIDE
Your home is thoroughly wet blasted, removing all loose paint, mildew, dirt, mold, and debris. We clean out cracks and other defects for proper repairing. Mildewcide is applied to kill fungus and mold embedded in wood and masonry surfaces.

STEP THREE - PATCHING, SCRAPING, AND CAULKING
Masonry cracks are repaired with Elastomeric grade repair materials, blended as closely as possible to surrounding surfaces. Windows and door frames are re-caulked as needed with PREMIUM 35 YEAR SILICONIZED ACRYLIC CAULK. This step helps your home to be impervious to water, moisture, bugs and termites

STEP FOUR - MASKING AND DROP CLOTHS
We protect your shrubs, plants, decks, windows, and walks from paint splatters. This ensures your paint job will be nice, neat, clean, and professional looking for years to come.

STEP FIVE - WOOD TRIM
Eaves and other included wood areas are scraped to remove loose paint, all bare wood is then primed with the appropriate primer. Final premium grade coating will be appropriate for your homes surface conditions.

STEP SIX - PRIMERS AND CONDITIONING SEALERS
All exposed wood shall be primed with oil base primer designed for wood. All exterior masonry walls will be coated with 100% acrylic masonry sealer.
